Here's a solution to the problem thanks to one of the DM readers

All lanes for cars and trucks. Bicycles should attach to cars with an electromagnet that can turn off when the bike riders reach their stop or turn-off. Bicycles should not be allowed to hold other traffic hostage. There are never any refunds on time lost.
