Train connection is amazing, riding to central is nice too. You have the big road (OKR) fast option or backways (brockley/surrey canal path/burgess park).
Great craft beer around, NOTHING has east London hipster tax, sourdoughs and flat whites are there. Lovely access to Kent lanes.
