It's Nazi Germany all over again.

Those teaching at universities are required to take attendance so the home office can make sure foreign students meet visa requirements.

Everyone works for the state. Big society, innit.

This is kicking off quite a debate at the PTA at my daughter's school.

Yes, it's legal to ask but there's no legal requirement for people to comply.

It's naughty for them not to mention that you don't have to submit it.
