Shimano 105 5800 11 speed shifters and derailleurs, TRP Hy-Rd disc brakes

I recently bought a new bike with 105 kit and swapped it out for SRAM Rival kit after a test ride.

Hence this is all pretty much brand new, it was ridden around Spitalfields for about 15 minutes by me, maybe for a little bit by a previous testee, but it's otherwise brand new.

Shimano 105 5800 11 speed shifters - £95

Shimano 105 5800 11 speed front derailleur - band on (31.8mm clamp) - £17

Shimano 105 5800 11 speed rear derailleur - medium cage (28-32t) - £22

(All of the above for £130)

TRP HyRd cable-actuated hydraulic disc brake calipers (no rotors) - £75 each or £130 for both

The gearset is still available, three people have my PayPal details for various parts of it then got shy at the final hurdle and haven't been in touch since.
