It isn't. Most of the course is on football pitches, with slightly technical sections at each end. Parking's a nightmare too.
@fredtc I'm going to give it a miss I think, there is a way of getting to Brighton by train, on a route that goes through Horsham, Littlehampton, Worthing etc., but it's a near 2 hour journey each way from East Croydon, meaning I'd be out from 0830 to 1530 for a 45 minute race.
