The women's field is strong, there's a couple of pro road cyclists, an ex-olympian mtb'er, etc. but none can touch a multiple world champion and olympic gold medal track cyclist.
The men's field is more even and even then Marius Petrache, Romanian national road champ, and Loic Chetout of Cofidis, who have both raced multiple times haven't one any.
