I have the 20mm f/2.8 (SEL20F28) married to a NEx-6 and it's great. Fits in a jersey pocket (and all other pockets the Nex-6 fits in.) It gets bulky with the hood and lenscap but generally just keep the hood on. It has replaced my 6D and 28mm f/1.8 combination for small trips.
Sony 20mm vs Sigma 19mm, Sigma too big to carry around.
Sony 20mm vs Sony 16mm, 16mm too wide for my taste and the 20mm "should" be marginally better.
