Nice frame.
RIH Sport still exists, as a marque at least (I know nothing other than the name) - try sending them an e-mail for info.

This is "cool". It's not super high-end. Cottered cranks, not uncommon for that vintage, but still a cheaper option than cotterless; wing nuts on wheels, not quick releases, Wienmann brakes, perhaps, . All of this puts it below a high end bike. Some quality details on the frame, like the reinforcing tabs for the chain stay bridge. I assume it is a 531 frame (any tubing stickers)? Good condition (will clean up easily). I don't know the market so well in your part of the world. Over here (Montreal), probably about 300 dollars if it is a 531 bike, maybe as high as 400 but it wouldn't be a quick sale, I would expect. Mind you, the Kint bars and Titan stem are worth a bit on their own (see ebay, UK or european site, but look at "sold" listings, not what people are asking or what they put as starting bids on items that never sell). But, don't part it out! It's survived this long intact; deserves to see out its life that way! Hope it goes to a good home.

Sorry we don't know how to measure the size exactly!!
but I hope these very rough measurements give you an idea -Pedals to where the frame ends under the seat - 80cm
Bottom of the seat to where the handlebars come out of the frame 54cm -
There is the number 84 stamped on it.
Advice on how to measure it properly would be great.
cheers

I know next to nothing about vintage racing bikes,
I'm helping a friend who knows even less!
I'm a musician and you should be able to find me easily online.
I can supply the phone number and contact details of the seller to any genuine buyer,
She's Spanish but speaks perfect English and German, her husband is Canadian.

I need a bike like that for when I come to visit Fuengirola on the 11th of March!
Would love to take it off of your hands. How much did you have in mind?
Thanks,
Bernd. -

Thank you, sorry for the late reply I haven't been on this site for ages, are those numbers the frame measurements?
Update I have just spent a few hours cleaning the bike up ready to put on Ebay.
Thank you again for all the information.
Hi
Any Information would be greatly received on this 1962 RIH Super Course
That's the date stamped under the handlebars but maybe the bike is from a different year?
the serial number is 7406.
The bike is rideable and just needs a good clean!
I know very little about Vintage Bikes (except for owning a 1960's Raleigh)
I'm located in Fuengirola near Malaga Southern Spain.
Any advice would be great
Thank you in advance
Mick
