Time to float off the business park where I work (a good 20% FURRIGNERSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!) and declare ourselves independent.
Harland and Wolff (also foreigners as they couldn't fill all jobs with locals as the skills are now gone) may have a pontoon that's big enough for us ;)
