yeah i'm pretty sure it's unlocked since it came from my bank insurance and they have no idea what network i'm on. haven't turned it on to test it tho. since it was an insurance replacement i got it delivered just as the phone with nothing else in it's own little box. can try and find an old box and some headphones that i'm pretty sure are unused and an old charger and cable. let me know.
