They are listed on cannondale experts but out of stock, so might just be vapourwear. Dr Cannondale doesn't have them so you chances of acquiring one in Europe aren't great. But stranger things have happened - pick up the phone to CSG, they might help you.
There things like this, too...
But I don't think they are @dammit approved.

Cannondale have an alu and carbon version on their books. God knows where you could get one from though. Maybe give CSG a call.
