Will front rack on QR front wheel have me on route to the dentist?
-
• #110453
depends on the rack. I've done it with a cetma style one but i wouldn't advise it

@coachhouse mentioned this in ebay finds so now it's come to Casa Savage for a play date.

That is lovely. Survivor or refurb?

Totally original, even the air in the tyres. The seat post is stuck but I think the penetrating oil is working. Everything else works fine but the cables are rusty where they've been exposed. I think it's a shade small for me but I couldn't resist it for £40. I'll do a full service and see where we go from there.

Exchanged my winter fixed for a track bike with open pro/suzue wheels (not pictured) much better than the hire bike at Herne Hill.
51/16 give me a 84GI for HHV, and 51/19 for the road (71GI).

I hope getting the yellow plastic things on to the spokes wasn't too hard for you. I've sore thumbs from decorating my daughter's wheels this weekend.

Final build before this gets a downgrade for winter. Still the best bike I've ever owned

Good call but usually pricey in 110/120 mm lengths.

3 scoble sleepers.
A while back, someone asked for a pic of my Quantum with my Heds. Can't remember who it was but this is for you! I thought that the final piece of the puzzle would have been the Record seatpost but I'd like to get my hands on another stem at some point. After that, finito. Any suggestions for a 26.0 slim ahead stem?
