  • Funny, I had the opposite experience. I find my red 10 shifts much crisper and with less effort. Although that might have been down to less than optimal cable routing I had on the rival 22.

  • There's a little more lever force for the front mech (Red 22 on my gf's bike is much better in that regard, but that's probably in part down to internal handlebar routing on mine) but the shifts are much more reliable and the rear especially seems to shift better under load. I think Red 10 was maybe a little too crisp and clacky.
