Don't worry, the fit is fine!
The geometry was based on a proper bike fit (and geometry) by a chap who does bike fits/geometry and is a mechanic for a pro continental team here.
There was a couple of things in play in those photos, both taken on the same stretch of road. I'm still quite upright compared to before my accident due to a (hopefully temporary) loss of flexibility and, due to 3 plates and numerous screws in my wrist, I can't put too much weight on that wrist. Once the plates are out, I can work on this point a little more.
Plus, there will be a follow up fit to get the custom dialed to my current situation, too.
