Just put a new 4700 groupset on a 90s steel frame and the braze on is too high for a compact crankset. I'm running 50/34 and the front derailleur is as low as it can go. On the big ring it seems ok but inner ring the chain rubs on derailleur.
Anyone ever filed down a braze on mount a few mm or managed to fit a clamp underneath braze on?
