Just been doing my sums and if this offer is still open I'd be interested. I was planning to go from Victoria as I work right by the station and it's cheaper to Pompy. But it all goes wrong when you factor in the ferry.

A open return from Waterloo to Ryde, returning anytime on the Saturday is £43 including the ferry with a network railcard. The 21:00 dep on Friday gets in at 23:07. I'm probably going to shoot for that as I'd like a more leisurely Saturday return after a post breakfast pint. Can get another 3 tickets on the day for the same price if anyone's interested.
