Off to Legs in Hackney at the weekend - will report back.

Was at Hatchetts in Mayfair week before last. Very good food. Slightly odd venue

Sardine just off City Rd is a nice spot for lunch. Especially in this weather, feels like being on holiday in France.

Legs looks pretty great. Trying not to eat out in the final run up to the wedding - every penny counts - so looking forward to trying it in Sept

The chinese called Silk Road in Camberwell is epic, might be too far. Specialises in Northern Chinese. Dumplings and lamb skewers, ribbon noodles, chilli cabbage @Mishk

begging bowl, peckham springs, theres a nice pub just on the peckham green - I'm a norf londoner so not too much help!

Kings is closer to Camberwell and Brixton

And cumin spiced lamb skewers, hand pulled noodles, home style cabbage/aubergine. Always less than £20 a head even with beer.

Thanks guys, as pointed out by @Kat_Balou Kings Hospital is in fact in Camberwell. I'm told Angels and Gypsies is pretty good. Report for Silk Road incoming...
