This thing rides phenomenally well now its got some decent wheels
What is good about the wheels? Lighter/more responsive? Nicer tires?
(Oh, and dibs for when you decide to sell next week 😋)

Ha - @umop3pisdn has beaten you to it there!
I always found the aksiums very 'soggy'. The Zipps aren't that much lighter, but feel a lot more responsive, stiff and reassuringly wide. The smaller, better tyres help aswell, I don't think that 30mm Strada Bianca are a good choice for a predominantly road orientated bike - I felt like I could never get them up to pressure, that they were always spongy under duress and compounded the unresponsiveness and general lack of stiffness in the wheels.
Don't get me wrong - they were both super super comfy, just found a noticeable difference keeping up on club runs.
Do need to do something about the bloody branding though - anyone got experience with removing these off a 30 Course wheelset? They're printed on, not decals :(

Ah yeah, makes sense. I'm definitely thinking the plan with mine is to have one set with 32c gravel kings and one set with 25 mm pro ones

Caad10 for sale over there ;)

• #6996
Here's my CAAD 12. It's kind of replacing the Supersix HM I wrote off racing in June (actually written off by the fucknuts who couldn't manage a simple corner resulting in him crashing front of me, leading to an acrobatic 40kph flip on my part).
I will be getting a blingy new crabon bike at some point but this will be my race/training bike. It's very pretty but the bottom bracket creaking has been an absolute nightmare from the start. Having picked it up again yesterday from the bike shop it seems to have been fixed but I'll put in a few more mile before confirming.
It really feels built for racing so looking forward to properly putting it through its paces!
