Also, It's against the rules of the forum to ask the seller to send payment as 'gift'/'friends & family' outright.
If this is agreed 'in good communication', which I presume means the buyer is made/already aware of the risks incurred by sending payment in this way, so you can avoid the fees, then that's 'fine', but part of the point of using PayPal is that the buyer is protected.
Gift/friends and family should be used for exactly that.

But why? Are there laws and regulations about who must pay for fees are not?
I'd never payed for fees when I sold something, here or somewhere else..
I always agree in good communication with buyer that I'm not going to pay for fees..
