Thats awesome, whats the point of it?

Surely if it doesnt fold its no more practical than a normal bike.

Mini Velos were designed for owners of small apartments in Asia.
I think the non-folding bit might be marketing, but it makes mine ready to ride at all times and probably stronger too.
