got this crazy SAKAE industrial beam stem from mr postman today..

Massi starting to come together. Waiting on a BB tool so I can fit the BB and cranks. Discovered that campag has a different fitting for brake cables, the nubs on the jagwire kit I got were too big to fit in the shifters, gear cables were fine though. Will replace the shifters for some better ones when I have the cash, these are pretty cheap all-plastic mirage ones but they work for now.

SRAM Force stuff off the 853 bike is going on it, but having just bought Rival 22 stuff for my commuter bike that feels a bit old school now. But I might hold off till I can afford Etap (ie, never).

Beefy as hell and its not even finished, 5kg wheelset needs to be replaced asap.
Speaking of which, the 75DDs I was gonna use temporarily hit the chainstay, should have predicted this given it has clearance for 42c at the rear. Does anyone want to sell me some GXP Force CX1 cranks or know where theyre in stock? All the sram stuff seems to be running out of stock everywhere.

Lastly, I ran out of bolts and only had a stupidly long one left, will this kill me? Spacers came with some kind of disc brake stuff but im not sure what theyre actually meant for:

Hoses will be shortened before the first ride and proper cable ties will be sourced. Other than that I cant wait to ride it

I just bought some SRAM stuff from CNC-Bike on Ebay. It's a shop in Hamburg and they don't do international shipping through Ebay, but will if you email them. They might have Force, so might some of the other big German stores.
