Had a rapha branded locksack, worked well for 4 rides until the the plastic split :( will look into the others though, thanks.

Have a look at Outdoor Research, E Case, Aquapac and Exped all make decent waterproof soft cases in many sizes with a variety of closure systems.
Edit: I now see a couple of those have already been mentioned

I have a 'hapo:G', the largest for 5.5 inch phones, for my LG G4.
Roll-top with Velcro rather than zip.
Does have a clip on the back to fix into the stem mounting bracket though.
