I went for Champ Yoshida Keirin Long Grips, the ones on top are 1mm thick (so i could probably also attach a break lever if needed, or failing that cut around it).
The lower ones on the drops are the Standard 2mm thick ones.
These grips are an absolute nightmare to get on by themselves.
Never use a lube or washing up liquid to put them on. It will always twist.The best most effective way is Hairspray.
Spray inside the grips and all around the bar so its basically dripping with it.
Then slid it on, line it up. When it dries it will stick it even more in place.

The 4 grips on drops thing is quite clever. How didn't I think of that.
