I'll let you know how the one I'm building turns out.

Tried fitting a Basil Porteur rack but the fork ends interfere with the legs so that one is going back as well now. Might opt for a mini front rack. Needs something to chuck a lock on and the occasional bag as I loath actually wearing a bag when I'm riding. Any recommendations?
I like the VO Pass Hunter Front Rack but £60 is a bit steep for a mini rack.

Thanks to the fine folk at Bristol Hackspace I modified the Basil front rack so that it fits perfectly now.

I'll join the wolverine club, frame arrived at the bike shop. Do we need a "all the wolverines" thread?

Going to convert this to drops to save my nice bike from another gritty winter.
105 hydraulic shifters
Ultegra mech (from the parts bin)
Possibly some kojaksProbably cost about £350 all in.

Finished my brother's bike a little while ago, but due to his impatience I didn't get any decent photos.
Still waiting for him to take care of that...

Looks cool. I'm just waiting on stock for the RS685 shifters then it's dropbars for the next 6 months while my carbon bike hibernates until spring

And this went totally tits up at the weekend so it's as it was, waiting for some hunt 11 speed gravel wheels. FFS...

Finally got the wheels setup tubeless so it's ready for winter. Will take a snap in the daytime tomorrow. Quick spin home and it feels utterly transformed but still great so happy with the conversion so far

Shit photo, was more concerned about riding it today. Will take a decent pic with no shadows at some point.
Really happy with the drops setup based on a flat 30 mile ride. Might need to tweak the position a bit and once I'm happy I'll chop the steerer. Wheels and tyres were a delight.

Why didn't you use the eye lids on the fork for the front fender?
Bike looks good! Such a good colour.
sorry for the late reply, I don't get notifications for replies on this board.
I haven't done a belt drive, because I like pretty high gearing, even on my lazy bikes. and the belt line on a 55x20ish Gates Alfine set up doesn't seem like it would work.
I've considered doing a singlespeed belt drive with the black frame... but... meh.
