  • make bread crumb and toast lightly in the oven

    grate some parmesan

    whizz up herbs, citrus zest and garlic in food processor,

    mix all of the above up with some olive oil

    hot oven, season fish and light coating of olive oil, press the crumb on top

    cook for about 10-15 mins
