Reynolds 501 main frame tubes, Shimano 105 drivetrain, Weinmann 500 brakes. Superb condition with minimal wear to components. The finish on the parts is great with no scratches or dents. The rims have gone a bit blotchy with age and there are a few chips on the paintwork (the worst area being a run on the nearside fork blade - now touched in) and a bit of corrosion creeping in, the saddle cover is lifting on one side and the decal on the seat tube is a bit ruffed up (shown) but the overall effect is of a well looked after machine. I have replaced the chain, gear cables and brake cables (the original outers have been but aside if you want the original look) but in every other respect the bike is as sold with even the original thin pearlescent bar tape. It rides faultlessly although you might want to change the tyres - I have left them cos I couldnt find authentic 20c amberwall tyres.
