How are Orlowski frames compered to Rychtarski in terms of build quality and consistency?

I can't comment on Rychtarski as I've never had to deal with him or seen his work first hand. But I can't recommend Orlowski enough. It's a really smooth transaction. Jacek speaks great English and communication is really easy. Plus, his prices are very competitive!
