it looks quite right from my eyes. the ladies watches always fetch less than mens and mechanical wind for ladies is even less appealing (which is good if your buying).
that said it's described as an omega, so if what you receive is not an omega you are perfectly within your rights to request a full refund. i reckon.

ok so how badly could I have been tucked up buying this cheeky vintage watch for the doris? I have owned omegas in the past and reckon I can see if its a fake on delivery, but it was cheap at 55 quid inc delivery.
