ie pushed the sticky piston out (while keeping the one that moves static), cleaned it down with isopropyl alcohol, and then painted the sliding surface with more mineral oil? then push it in and out a bit to relube the surfaces
other manufacturers make serviceable calipers, but in general shimano are not designed/intended to be taken apart and rebuilt.

how old are the brakes? could be a warranty job
