I won't split the cranks n BB unless you're willing to bring the right tools to High Barnet to remove them off the frame

Full information of the frameset:
Seat tube ctt50cm, top tube ctc52.5cm, KAISEI 8630 tubing, not drilled for brakes. 100mm front spacing, 120mm rear spacing. some light marks here and there but no dents and no rust

How much for the frame set?

I think I'll price the frameset (inc headset) at £350 as if split happens it's gonna be something like:

Frameset with headset £350
Crankset with BB n chainring £150
Bar and stem £40
Pedal combo £30
Seatpost n saddle £40
Wheels £120

I don't have the tools required to remove the cranks and the nearest LBS isn't close. Really a pain in the ass!
