Van Aert looks unbeatable at the moment, despite his best attempts to handicap himself.

No London League this weekend but there is Central League at RAF Halton. One of the best courses I've ridden.

It's going to be difficult for us train wankers to ride any London League round until Herne Hill.

Train to Three Bridges then it's a 15 miles ride out. I'm sure it'll feel like a lot further coming back. Weather's looking alright on Sunday so I might go for it.
