On the subject of a new SPOCO, a local club introduced a new open this year:

87 entries on a new hilly course, late in the season is pretty good going.
Anyway @clubman I would have thought a basic page like that ^ should be enough to garner enough interest for a new event. I particularly liked the idea of a prime for the final hill.
