Wouldn't imperial stouts take ages to brew?
I'm going to brew one next week and the recipe calls for around two weeks in primary and then I'll bottle it after that.
Hopefully brew enough to have one every fortnight or so to let some of them age.
Did an imperial stout, took the whole day to brew but is possible. Have sat on the bottles for best part of the year. I brew them at start of the year to be ready for christmas.
I did say I do things which take ages to be ready.
