Or generally people driving with no hands... almost got hit by a woman (nothing against the gender as being a woman myself!) who was too busy looking into the mirror playing with her hair and forgot the steering wheel is there for her to keep her car in a straight line.
I gave her a "I am going to kill you" stare, then she gave me that "Oh shit, can people actually see what I am doing?" look.
