The cyclical irony is the sample sale was so popular it crashed our server (despite increasing the damn thing, time for new provider), so I offered something to say sorry, which is so popular its crashing the damn server (as we can't change it overnight and I wanted to respond now). Sorry its a pain, hopefully people will form a nice gentle queue until we swap servers...Which is how it works, right?
