I got this beaut off a lovely South African chap. The story goes that his brother raced while he was alive in SA and it made it's way back over here with him to be used for training on the velodrome.
It was a horrible rattle-can silver when i got it and i have stripped and sanded it down. I had planned to sticker it up with CB decals and the correct 531's from H LLoyd but have never gotten around to it.
There are a couple of dents in the TT which is why i opted to strip it back. I caught my eye because of the lovely fork crown (Davis i think) and the wrap around seat cluster. It has Campag ends, the original head badge and a Sugino bolt. It takes a 27.0mm post and all threads are great. It is 54cm ST and 56cm TT measured centre to centre.
Overall it is a lovely frame that i think would look great stickered up if someone is up for it.
It's located in Barry, South Wales for collection or posted for cost with Parcelforce 48. https://flic.kr/s/aHskJKe95C
