I thought I'd try road shoes, got a pair of bont riots and I think I've immediately stripped a thread whilst fitting the cleats.
Fitted them, did 'em up to what I thought would be fine, tried them and the cleat shifted when I unclipped. So repositioned them, did them up a bit tighter and the front one just keeps spinning. Any idea what size t-nut I need, where I can get them and how difficult they are to replace?
The bont site has them for a tenner for six, but I imagine it's the sort of thing I could pick up for a quid at b&q or something?
