Good elevation chart. Looks like a solid training run.
I've managed to get a few weeks training under my belt, coupled with some cycle commuting and am beginning to feel the benefit. Run the same time at Dulwich parkrun two weeks in a row, this week wasmore comfortable and I tagged on 2 miles at tempo pace. Not long until the cross country season.
Am also considering the endurancelife Dorset half marathon, not ready for a marathon or more yet.

Back to the hills. Fun if tough at times. Covered some of High Peak 40 route, float day for that race today, had me briefly wishing I'd entered it instead of dtd.
Kit setup now spot on. Sweaty back from rucksack but guess not sweating = not trying.
