I love hammocks,
even with a thin foam mat inside,
I know I won't sleep if the temp goes under 15°C,
that's with no wind.

He needs 2 layers of insulation underneath the hammock,
and a sleeping bag and whatnots inside?
Still gets "phantom cold" in the morning with no wind.
And a frost bite.
He doesn't need such a varied assortment of cutlery to hold his lines.
