If you lived in Greenland but ate shit loads of oily fish should you also take Vit D? Sun exposure is only one factor in Vit D levels.
I don't care enough to perform a double blind test, which according to @TW is the only meaningful basis on which make decisions.
I don't eat much fish at all, for a variety of reasons, which I why I take fish oil instead of vit d supplements.
