You aren't thinking like club mechanics, why buy new fork, spend money when you can cut old? Remember, for cyclist those were just a frames, not something to adore. They ride to win not to look cool.

@123seb @Sig_Arlecchino Well, you have to know that between 80 and 90's law changed and forkmount frames were banned and 650c front didn't, so clubs cut forkmounts and used frames with normal handlebars. That's the reason why this Rossin is like that, also why many Takhions has cut mounts as well.
