Nothing that CSG can't sort out....
The difference in customer service between the US, UK and Europe is absolutely staggering.
But, well, Bicycle industry.
@Cazakstan will be fine though, nothing to go wrong on those 'crossers, probably why CSG like them so much :)

That said, I do wonder if there's some kind of mileage in a Cannondale only/specialist wrenching proposition for all those people who get them online / from Evans and then find out they can't get them fixed because of the incompetence of the dealer and their minimum wage slave wrenches.
