Comments like this are super useful, thanks. I think that might be due to the logic path you followed through the questionnaire...I.e at that point you saw 60% and considered giving up, you could have in theory still had 40% of the questions to answer, but based on your answers you skipped a chunk of them.
I didn't actually design the questionnaire, but I know there are a few logic jumps in it depending on how you answer.

You might want to tweak the progress bar as it makes it look like there are loads of questions then all of a sudden it skips from what looks like about 60% to 100%.
The anticipated amount of questions almost made me give up on the survey which would have been a shame as I'd never have got to find out all about toothbrush heads.
