  • If I could keep them inflated I would be happy to have them explode in my face. But I've been sick and on holidays and short of "bits" to sort out the bike. So I need to give it a go again this weekend but overall it looks promising, I just need more tubeless goo. Which I have now.

They look like good wheels, nice, solid, not bling but likely to last a long time. For the money, they seem like a solid choice. Deffo need destickering though.

Tubeless can be an arse sometimes, depending on tyre/rim combination. Do you have Contis, as they can be awkward to seal?

  • Schwalbe Rapid Robs. I think that the free 2oz sealant shots that came with the rims was just not enough for the volume and porosity if the tyres. They held well initially after distributing the sealant but were flat the next morning.

I didn't quite get them to 4 bar and I couldn't hear any sealant splashing around after I inflated them so I think that was the issue.

So more pressure, more sealant, more swearing.
