It's a bit ridiculous as there are lot of extra car parking spaces but what can you do, the landlord decided to charge and our company has to suck it up.

Park a bike-parking shed in a parking spot ?

Hah, that would be great trolling :)

But then we'd have to cough it up ourselves as there's no way the company will pay for it.

The rationale of the landlord was that the shed costs £5000 (it's covered and lockable)
That parking spaces are included with the lease already

But no word on a discount once the shed is paid off... ;)
