Yeah, not sure if I'll do it fixed as my disc tub has a slow puncture and the Cervelo is already in the loft. Was thinking road bike.

I'm sure there's something I'm not thinking of, but why couldn't you HC on your Cervelo?

I'd look a bit silly and have no reason to keep my Vigorelli. Changing over things like cranks would be faff, and the HT is way too short.
