Funnily enough, he's not wrong, but not as dramatic as he make it out to be.
It's not noticeable, and isn't an issue though. Unless your bike is setup wrong. I think the larger problem for him is fear of change.

Do you not feel the slightest of twist when riding with a straight steer fork?
Modern fork almost eliminate this, but I had notice that slight flex, but it was way too small to really impact the handling.
