I had a reasonble ride on the Flatlands but managed to mess up my navigation (tech issues and misplaced trust in another rider, not my incompetence) and did a bonus 70km making it into a long, and therefore not extremely quick, 600km.
IT was a cold night. I had an hour in a bus shelter just before sunrise and felt pretty good all day yesterday on the back of it. A few guys slept in the McDonalds at Sleaford. I would have done if I was tired then.
Legs are a bit sore today. Actually I feel in more pain than I did after the Transcontinental.
