Dolan finally got back to me, and they now believe me using Hatta BB could be causing the SG75 to not fit. They suggest using the Sugino standard BB which I of course don't have.
Got this photo from them showing a SG75 with matching BB.
Does the Hatta BB really give a narrower chainline and will swapping BB solve everything?

will swapping BB solve everything?
Clearly it did...

It's still quite close - I wonder what size chainring they're using?
Would a slightly larger one and a bit of crank/ring flex when under power result in the teeth touching the chainstay? -
• #3130
they've fucked this right up. shame as those pre cursas look so much better than the originals

I believe that's photographed with the crank bolt 'finger tight'; we know that when properly torqued, there's less clearance than that.
There's evidence (online) that SG75 BB spindles are 0.5mm longer than Hattas, but =0.25mm, while nice, is not going to make sod all difference; under load, the crank spider will still flex and rub.Stalling tactics and maybe hinting you should buy a SG75 BB from them.
(Incidentally, PM me if you do want an SG75 BB - I have mint one [indoor track use only, standard SG75 w/mirror polished races, unused original bearings and ceramic balls, so can effectively run as top 'Super Lap Ceramic' spec.])
Are the SG75 cranks you tried yours to build with, or borrowed? I genuinely think a Campag Centaur 111mm BB would help you out if you commit to Sugino cranks.

I've asked them to tighten properly and fit a >50T ring. They want to sell me the BB at cost price.
Does anyone know what the recommended clearance is?
@Lukas: I'm guessing the tapering is different. I'm borrowing the SG75 from a friend with option to buy cheap. To be honest, if I can't fit either the Omnium or the SG75 I'm not really interested in the frame.

find it hard to believe that under chainstay/crank flex the teeth will clear perfectly every time

Anyone want anything except for the hubs from this advert?

Im looking to buy the whole bike then sell the rest at discount to cover what I paid

I don't believe that's a 52t. Appears to be the same chainring as the previous image they sent/you posted. Reckon that's a 49 or 50t.
Photo from this post (https://www.lfgss.com/comments/13176017/) is with a 53t and shows a greater distance from tip of spider to teeth than that... 1t smaller but surely the spider-to-teeth gap should be greater than shown with a 52? -

It is 52, I got a side view as well.

So getting this should make all my worries go away? https://www.bikester.no/387951.html?c=816
It's like the only two in stock in Norway right there.

they can also be had quite cheaply from the forum used

Fair play.
That BB is as good as it's going to get (Record Pista BB aside).
At least you'll be able to use it in the wet without worrying about the bearings.
You'll need a Campag cassette lockring/BB tool to fit.
The NDS cup (being a a road BB) has no lock ring, so can develop a creak if fitted dry or without enough grease. Ignore the pre-applied locking compound and slather plenty of copper grease on both the shell and BB threads and you'll be fine. Mine both needed a NDS re-torque after about 2 weeks, but haven't needed to touch them since (15 & 3 months respectively). -

@larsenroad
Unsure of price of delivery to Norway, but I just changed my currency and delivery destination on Wiggle, and the price is Kr310.26.

Good man. I'll give it a try.
Yea, I checked Wiggle. Norwegian VAT limit is 350, so with shipping it was above that, which means 25% on top of the total price. Ordered from the site above with a newsletter discount. Looking forward to fitting it.

Does 28c tyres fits on 56cm PreCursa(old decals) with Alpina track fork ? Can someone confirm this? Thanks!

On the rear: yes with the wheel abit back in the dropout, the seatstay bridge is actually the most restrictive
Minimum with the wheel full forward: seattube 25mm, seatstay bridge 23mm
front: I dont know

25c on wide rims. Still have some clearance in front but not sure if 28 fits.

file down a shimano cassette tool, don't give campag money for their annoying tools
Must have used spacers?
Maybe that's why it's being sold...
Also, non-standard chainring bolts won't protrude from rear of spider as much.
