Vet reckons that ^ or roundworm, may have been vommed / nommed, anyway, big dose of drontal and keep an eye on him. Also he's put on 700g to reach 6.7kg, even though we've been feeding him for a 5kg cat, so I suspect he's either being fed elsewhere or scavenging chicken wings and worse from the Brixtahn streets.

Probably just a worm that was nommed and managed to escape, a la spider legs poking out of mouth etc.
